The net is very high quality but the net clamps have a threded plastic nut and the threads easily strip. I had to replace with metal parts from a local hardware store. Other than that minor glitch, all works well. After a week of e-mail and phone calls, the hardware kit was finally sent. It was missing several pieces. I think the table will ultimately be fine, but the assembly has turned into a big hassle. Instead of a great birthday present, my son has to be patient while I go to the hardware store for missing components. Very disappointing.

Featuring Stiga's Compact Storage System, the USATT-approved Stiga Expert Roller table tennis table (T82201) allows for easy storage in a small space. The table halves can be folded into each other and each table leaf has its own wheeled base for easy handling. It's been selected as the official table of the US Open since 1985 and the official table of the US Nationals throughout the 1990s. It features a one-inch, tournament-grade blue top, extra heavy-duty chassis with cross brace steel supports, and four-inch ball-bearing wheel casters. The table conveniently features the playback position so you can practice by yourself, and a storage position that makes the table easy to store when not in use. Other features include: 2.25-inch wood support apron 2.5 by 1.5-inch self-opening steel legs It comes with Stiga Tournament net and net posts, but does not include balls or racquets.
