My first pen racket, and I don't like it

I am a beginner pen style table tennis player. I wanted a pen style racket and this was the only one that was priced within my budget. After a few weeks of play, I went back to my old racket. The racket is too light and it takes a lot of force to hit the ball. Not the same rubber as advertised. Overall, not bad if you just want to try it, but it is not something you want to use regularly.
Good for beginner

This Racket is very light.
It's easy to handle.
But I wanted thicker wood pannel. This is so thin. That's why It is Light.
This is reasonable price. Now, I'm used playing with.
don't gamble

i bought it because brand butterfly is renowned.

but, don't buy it, very uncomfortable grip

the wood is not coated, it is natural wood.

and very very soft rubber.

just don't buy it.

not even for beginners.

Design and comfort : 8/10
The racket has three layer plywood, and power and feel is there. Handle is comfortable. The racket has a more round and wider surface comparing to traditional Japanese Pen style tacket. It makes it easy to hit in the central racket. Overall weight is very light, around 81 grams.

Strokes and control: 9/10
Butterfly rubber defintely makes a difference even on this low price racket. The rubber is very soft and makes ball pocketing so much easier. With more ball pocketing, it makes spin easy, more time to control, and ball feel is there. I tend to swing very fast, and other rackets dont have this soft rubber to have more spin. With the extra spin, any fast swing ball can be kept in. Great for all levels, even for fast swing tennis players.

Not the right rubber as advertised

The rubber is pan-asia not felxtra. If you are happy with pan asia rubber, its ok. Flextra gives much better spin.
Although it's not design for high skill players, it's good for beginner.

I have played with a 48 raing paddle and a 64 rating paddle and this by far is the best paddle i have ever played with. My game has gotten amazing! In all honesty i went undefeated yesterday. I played for 2.5 hrs. This paddle has changed my game the only thing is that it was hard to get use to at first but when i did i took off!
